Safety First

Whenever Team Pneumat enters a facility we will impact on safety. Crew members are highly trained service personnel. They are all employees of Pneumat Systems. Pneumat does not hire temporary help to fill in on a seasonal basis. We attempt to keep our crews busy. During busy cycles we supplement Team Pneumat with other employees from our Company. This includes our plant production personnel, engineering, management and sales and marketing personnel, who all have a working knowledge of our equipment and procedures, and have completed the necessary safety training programs at Pneumat. This also means we actually use the products we design, build and sell — which improves the products.

Our Track Record Speaks

Pneumat Systems has never had a lost time injury, in any of our fieldwork or in our plants since we started in business in 1982. Team Pneumat has never been issued a federal MSHA number. This is because we have never had an incident of violation in a facility covered under MSHA.

Team Pneumat crews have undergone a number of on-site OSHA inspections at various facilities. These occur when we are onsite cleaning a storage facility and the facility is undergoing an OSHA inspection. In these cases our crews have never been cited for any OSHA violation for either the equipment or our safety practices.

Personnel Training

All Team Pneumat personnel undergo annual MSHA safety training, in-house safety training and in-house procedural training on equipment operation and recommended cleaning systems.

At your Facility

Team Pneumat members meet with your safety personnel at local plants and receive an overview of plant safety programs prior to the start of a job. Equipment used by Team Pneumat has been designed for specific cleaning operations. It has been designed based on experiences obtained in actual field applications by Pneumat personnel. It is simply easier to use than any equipment in the industry.

And being easy to use translates to being safer

Pneumat equipment minimizes the need to perform any hazardous confined space entry. It is the rare exception when our personnel have to enter a storage silo to complete a cleaning job. Team Pneumat personnel never enter a storage facility without first notifying plant personnel and complying with all confined space regulations.

One-time Emergencies or Ongoing Maintenance — We can respond

Team Pneumat can be called in to clean a one-time blockage that has disrupted material flow, or on a regularly scheduled routine basis to keep things flowing free in a productive and cost efficient manner.

Open Door Policy — No Secrets

We encourage your participation when we are on site. We do not set up any barriers to prevent personnel from seeing what we are doing. We have nothing to hide.
