FIJI - Pneumat Systems (Asia) Pte Ltd ("PNEUMAT") is awarded Silo Cleaning consultancy contract for Fiji Cement ("FIL") in Fiji.

FIL is the premier supplier of cement and related products in Fiji and is the preferred supplier of Pacific island countries.

PNEUMAT's consultants were on-site to performed an in-depth survey of the silo. A discussion and technical analysis was held together with the engineers from FIL on the most viable approach to solving the build-up problem.

FIL intends to adopt PNEUMAT's recommendation of using our equipment .

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC - Pneumat Systems (Asia) Pte Ltd ("PNEUMAT") is AGAIN awarded Silo Cleaning consultancy contract for Falconbridge Dominicana Plant ("FALCONDO") in Dominican Republic.

PNEUMAT's consultants will be on-site for 9 days to train and supervise FALCONDO's engineers on the use of BINWhip® and CARDOX for their silo cleaning requirement.

FALCONDO who is a wholly owned subsidiary of Xstrata Nickel, choses PNEUMAT's solutions to perform silo cleaning because it is fast, efficient and safe.

SINGAPORE - Pneumat Systems (Asia) Pte Ltd ("PNEUMAT") formally appoints Gopal Marketing ("GOPAL MARKETING") as the sole and exclusive Distributor for India to carry the BINWhip®, BINDrill® and CARDOX range of products and services in India.

GOPAL MARKETING has been faithfully serving the cement industry in India for almost a decade and are optimistic that they can grow PNEUMAT's range of products and services into India's vibrant industry.

With the new appointment, PNEUMAT hopes that this will enable its products and services to be adopted in the Indian market far quicker and more efficiently.

GOPAL MARKETING is among serveral Distributors that PNEUMAT has officially appointed. PNEUMAT aims to appoint Distributors in other Asian countries to expand the market awareness and adoption of its products and services.

PHILIPPINES - Falconbridge Dominicana Plant ("FALCONDO") visits Pneumat Systems (Asia) Pte Ltd ("PNEUMAT") in Cebu, Philippines.

PNEUMAT had the pleasure of hosting a very special guest this month. Mr. Ogando of FALCONDO, took the opportunity to fly into Cebu from Dominican Republic to meet up with the PNEUMAT team to personally witness our work at Apo Cement Plant ("CEMEX").

PNEUMAT's presence in the Asia, AustraAsia and Middle East enables it to compete for a market share within the region. PHILIPPINES - Pneumat Systems (Asia) Pte Ltd ("PNEUMAT") have been awarded a Silo Cleaning contract for Apo Cement Plant ("CEMEX") in Cebu, Philippines.

The prestigious Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, Thailand once again hosted South East Asia's premier event for the animal feed, aquafeed, petfood and grain processing industries.

Victam Asia 2008 brought together exhibitors, conference delegates, and visitors from throughout Asia who are concerned with these industries.

THAILAND - Pneumat Systems (Asia) Pte Ltd ("PNEUMAT") attends AFCM Technical Symposium and Exhibition in Bangkok, Thailand.

The ASEAN Federation of Cement Manufacturers (AFCM) held its 21st Technical Symposium & Exhibition on March 4th to 7th, 2008 at the International Cement Industry in InterContinental Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.  The event themed "Progress and Sustainability in ASEAN Cement Industry" was organized and hosted by the Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA).

The Technical Symposium is a biennial event on a rotation basis in AFCM member countries.  The purpose is to provide a forum for technical and technological exchange among members, machinery and industrial equipment suppliers as well as those who are related to the cement industry.
